Birthday Party & Private Event Policies

Creating joyful, stress-free, and memorable experiences is our mission. To ensure every event runs smoothly, we ask clients to review and agree to the following policies before booking.

1. Booking & Payment
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days prior to the event.

  • Full payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these policies.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained.

2. Cancellation Policy

To protect our staff, supplies, and custom orders, all cancellations are subject to the following:

Timing of Cancellation

Refund / Credit

14 or more days before the event:

50% refund of remaining balance; deposit is non-refundable

Less than 10 days before the event:

No refund of remaining balance; rescheduling allowed subject to availability

Within 2 days of the event:

No refund or credit; all payments forfeited

Custom materials, specialty orders, and third-party vendor fees are non-refundable once ordered.

3. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 7 calendar days’ notice.

  • Rescheduled events are subject to availability and must occur within 3 months of the original date.

  • Rescheduling does not extend deadlines or change non-refundable deposits.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend the scheduled event is considered a forfeit of all payments made.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, the event may be rescheduled, or a credit may be issued, valid for 3 months from the original date.

6. Liability & Waivers
  • All participants (or legal guardians of minors) must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

  • Participation involves inherent risks (minor injuries, allergic reactions, or accidental property damage).

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid, to the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law.

7. Why Our Policy Matters

We’ve designed our policy to protect your celebration and our ability to deliver high-quality events:
✨ Non-refundable deposit: Ensures your date is secured and encourages responsible planning
✨ Protected materials & staffing: Guarantees that custom orders and supplies are covered
✨ Limited rescheduling: Keeps scheduling predictable and fair for all clients

Our goal is to provide stress-free, memorable experiences for every guest while maintaining fairness and clarity for everyone involved.

8. Acknowledgment

By completing the booking, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies in full.
