At Little Masterpieces by Ranna Matteen, we value your trust and want every event, workshop, and celebration to be a smooth, memorable experience. Please review our Policies and Procedures below to ensure transparency and understanding before booking.


1. Workshop & Class Cancellations
We understand that unexpected changes happen. Our cancellation policy allows flexibility while maintaining fairness to our instructors and clients.

    Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment and registration are eligible for a full refund.
    Credit Option: Cancellations made after 48 hours will receive a credit applicable toward a future workshop session or birthday party.
    No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or missed sessions.


2. Birthday Party Cancellations
Our team dedicates time and resources to plan each event with care. The following policy ensures we can provide the best experience for all clients:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued that can be applied to a future booking within 6 months.


3. Transfers & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your workshop or event, please notify us in writing at littlemasterpiecesbyrm@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Credits or reschedules must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.


4. Waivers & Liability
All participants must complete a Liability Waiver Form before attending any Little Masterpieces workshop or event. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Little Masterpieces is not responsible for accidental injuries, allergies, or damages to personal property that may occur during participation.


5. Event Conduct & Policies

To maintain a fun, respectful, and creative environment:
Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult unless otherwise stated.
  Guests are expected to follow instructor directions for safety and materials handling.
Little Masterpieces reserves the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.


6. Weather & Emergency Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen emergencies, Little Masterpieces reserves the right to reschedule or issue a credit for affected bookings. We will notify all registered participants promptly via email or phone.


7. Payment & Refund Processing
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued via the original payment method OR agreed upon method within 7–10 business days.


8. Policy Updates
Little Masterpieces reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website for your review.
